Terms of Service ("Terms")
 

These Terms govern your use of the Quiz on Tap mobile application ("App"), developed and managed by Brainbyte Games Ltd. ("we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15650238, with a registered office at 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX.

By accessing or using our App, you agree to these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from using or accessing the App.
 

1. Use License
 

• a. We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use, strictly in accordance with these Terms.

• b. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any restrictions and may be terminated by us at any time.
   

2. User Accounts
 

• a. You must register for an account to access some App features. Provide accurate and complete information and keep your account updated.

• b. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your device.

• c. You accept responsibility for all activities under your account or password.
   

3. In-App Purchases
 

• a. The App may include in-app purchases ("In-Game Purchases") for buying in-game currency or content. All In-Game Purchases are governed by these Terms and any additional terms at the time of purchase.

• b. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law.
   

4. Subscription Services
 

• a. The App may offer subscriptions ("Quiz Pass") that provide premium content or features on a monthly, yearly, fortnightly, or one-off basis.

• b. Subscriptions will automatically renew until cancelled. You may cancel any time through the subscription settings in your account.
   

5. User Eligibility
 

• a. The App is for users aged 13+ in the US and 16+ in the UK and EU. If you are under these ages, you are not permitted to access or use the App.

• b. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age limit, including data for advertising purposes.

• c. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under the age without consent, we will delete it as quickly as possible. If you believe we might have any such information, please contact us.
   

5. Intellectual Property
 

• The App and its original content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of Brainbyte Games Ltd. and its licensors.
   

7. Termination
 

• We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including a breach of the Terms.
   

8. Governing Law
 

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
   

9. Changes to Terms
 

• a. We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to use our App after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
